The service and cleanliness were top-notch, and I especially loved how the hotel was just a short walk from the stunning Pitfour Lake, perfect for leisurely strolls in the evening. I also enjoyed the lovely Aden Country Park, which was not too far to reach either. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable and inviting atmosphere which made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

stayed at saplinbrae for one night and truly enjoyed it. the welcome was warm, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. the room was beautifully decorated, heated on arrival, and the bathroom had a spacious shower with great water pressure. also loved the lovely walk by the lake, which added to the serene atmosphere.

Dining in the fireplace lounge added a nice touch, and the ambiance was inviting. parking around the lodge was a bit tricky at times. everything met my expectations, aside from that minor inconvenience.

We had a lovely stay for two nights. The room was super comfy and spacious. They got a fantastic breakfast setup! One evening, the food wasn’t the best – my steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly sorted it and we got a complimentary drink. The location was nice too, with activities nearby for the kids.
